How do I add my team?

Use Invite Members in your workspace to invite each person. Once they accept, they take a seat with their own login, and the projects you share are there for the whole crew.

Can I manage how many seats I have?

Yes. Team is built around managing seats, so you can add and adjust them as the crew changes.

Can the whole team see the same projects?

Yes. Share projects across the crew so anyone who needs a job can pick it up instead of chasing an emailed copy.

Is this different from sharing a plan?

Yes. Share sends a project to someone else's MetreMate account, such as a client or subbie. Team is for your own crew working inside MetreMate together on shared projects.

Which plan includes Team?

The Team plan. It is billed per active seat and adds multi-user collaboration on top of unlimited projects, plans and markups. Head to the pricing page for current prices.

Does each team member get their own login?

Yes. Everyone signs in with their own login on their own seat, instead of passing one shared login around the crew.

Can I see who worked on what?

Yes. Because every person works under their own login, you can see who worked on what across your shared projects, which makes checking a takeoff or picking up someone else's job much easier.

Can I remove a seat when someone leaves the crew?

Yes. The account owner can remove a member when someone leaves and invite a new starter in their place, and billing follows your active seats.
