Measuring and mark-up tools
How to select, move and edit mark-ups

Use Select to pick up mark-ups you have already placed. Click one to select it, then drag it, change its colour or line style, or copy, cut and paste it. Group puts several mark-ups together so they move as one.
Step by step
- 1Choose Select in the tool list.
- 2Click a measurement, note or shape to select it.
- 3Drag it to move it, or drag a corner to reshape it.
- 4Change its Fill or Line Style in the toolbar, or use Copy, Cut and Paste.
- 5Use Undo if you change something by mistake.
