Question 1

Is there really a free plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The free plan includes the takeoff tools with 3 projects, 3 plans and 25 markups per workspace, and no credit card is required. Upgrade when you need more.

Question 2

How much does Pro cost?

Accepted Answer

Pro is $52/month (monthly) or $36/month billed annually. It lifts the limits to unlimited projects, plans and markups.

Question 3

How does Team pricing work?

Accepted Answer

Team is $46 per seat per month (monthly) or $31 per seat per month billed annually. You pay for each active seat, and it adds team collaboration on top of everything in Pro.

Question 4

Can I print or export on the free plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can print and export your marked-up plans as a PDF on every plan, including Free. Exporting to other formats, like PNG and SVG, needs Pro or Team.

Question 5

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. You keep access until the end of your billing period.

Question 6

What currency are prices in, and do you charge tax?

Accepted Answer

Prices on this page are shown in New Zealand dollars as an approximate guide. Plans are billed in Australian dollars, and your card provider converts the charge to New Zealand dollars at its own rate, so your statement may differ slightly. Any tax is shown at checkout before you pay.

Question 7

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Switch between plans at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
