Terms of Service

By accessing the MetreMate website or product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of service

MetreMate provides browser-based software for viewing and measuring construction PDF plans. You must use the service lawfully and only for legitimate business or internal operational purposes.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Customer content

You retain ownership of plans, markups, and other content you upload. You grant MetreMate the limited rights required to host, process, secure, and display that content in order to operate the service.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, interfere with security controls, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful material, or use the platform in a way that disrupts other users or our infrastructure.

Billing and cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew according to the selected billing cycle unless cancelled. Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or remove parts of the service from time to time. We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetreMate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Users remain responsible for validating outputs before relying on them for pricing, ordering, or construction decisions.
