How to add text notes to a plan

Use the Text tool to type notes and labels straight onto the plan. Click where the note should go and type. Change the font, size, color, bold, italic and underline from the toolbar, and move or resize the note at any time.

Step by step

1. 1Choose Text in the tool list.
2. 2Click on the plan where the note should go.
3. 3Type your note.
4. 4Use the toolbar to set the font, size, bold, italic, underline and text color.
5. 5Drag the note to move it, or drag its handles to resize the box.
